Resolve order

Confirm an order after creation using the trx returned by the Create order endpoint. This endpoint will either return an order with the status finished or it will cancel the order if the order cannot be finished within 20-30 seconds.

If the order is allowed to be delivered at a later time, it is suggested to use the Confirm order endpoint

Usage

For real-time delivery systems (webshops, POS). Bypasses batch logic and processes immediately. Guaranteed response within 30 seconds (timeout at 30s). If exceeded, order is automatically cancelled.

Notes

  • Only orders with status created can be confirmed.
  • Price information may have been altered in the documentation.

One item limit

This endpoint only works on orders with only one item. To confirm orders with multiple items, please use the Confirm order endpoint.

Sandbox

In sandbox mode this endpoint has a 50% chance to be cancelled immediately for testing purposes.

Create order POST

Create an order of products. Orders have to be confirmed before they are fully completed.

Confirm order PATCH

Confirm an order after creation using the trx returned by the **Create order** endpoint. This endpoint will attempt to return an order with the status `finished`. If the order cannot be finished within 20-30 seconds, the endpoint will return an order with the status `pending`. To find out when the order is finished, you can either call the **Find order** endpoint at a later time or make use of our Webhook feature. If you wish for the order to either be delivered instantly or not at all, it is suggested to use the **Resolve order** endpoint
